I Want To Ride My Bicycle

As I mentioned in my last post I got a new to me bike and it is quite ridiculous how happy riding my bike makes me. It also makes me realize how much I love the area I live in. I get to see ducks, horses, llamas,  and bunnies darting in front of me on my bike rides.
Debbie also invited me to go to the Easter Pageant with her William & Gracie. I decided to stop and get some donuts that I had heard a lot of Mesa people talk about. Personally I didn't think they were anything extra special, but they were good and a fun treat.
According to an article done by the LDS Church News last year, it is one of the largest Easter Pageant in the world with a cast and crew of nearly a thousand people, who all volunteer and give up a lot of their time to rehearse and perform. Over the nine days the performance runs more than 100,000 people attend. I just love how music and dance can bring people together.
This past weekend I got to babysit for my brother and sister in law so they could go see Hunger Games! They had some of their cousins over as well and were having so much fun playing outside I actually got to kick up my broken toe and read for awhile. Later we also got to play an exciting game of shoots and ladders.
Here are some pictures I took on my ride last night. There was actually a dude walking by me, who I hadn't seen at first, kind of embarrassing...don't mind me just taking pictures of my bike.
